Business Submission Agreement

You must be authorized to represent the business. Provide accurate business information, price conditions and effective dates. Signing in or requesting a claim does not establish ownership. The administrator verifies authority independently.

By confirming the form acknowledgements, you authorize Canine Reach Alliance to publish approved business details, services and prices in the paid directory without compensation to you. Supply only information you have the right to share. Do not include customer, patient, payment or receipt information.

Submissions remain private until reviewed. Claim decisions and publication decisions are separate. Every change requires administrator approval; no owner can directly edit public records.
