Corrections Policy

How to flag inaccurate or outdated public business information.

Current directory policies. These policies describe the directory service, payment processing, privacy choices and business submissions. Review the terms before purchasing a pass.

1. Business-owner corrections

Sign in through My Business, find or request a listing, and use the business form to request a claim, updated prices, website, hours, contact details or other changes. Canine Reach Alliance checks representative authority before approving claims and updates. Public research sources can also support a correction.

2. Other accuracy concerns

Contact the policy address with the listing and the concern. Do not send private customer receipts, patient information or payment details. A request does not change a listing automatically or guarantee a particular outcome.
