Records-Retention Policy

Business-owner requests, linked account information and internal verification notes are collected for claims, corrections and price review. Customer receipt submissions remain discontinued. Previously stored private development records, if any, were not deleted by this change.

Earlier private submissions, if any, remain restricted. This update does not delete them or publish them. Retention periods, deletion procedures, legal holds and platform backup behavior must be reviewed before final adoption. Contact the policy address for a request; no deletion deadline is promised.

Account, security, hosting and optional AI processing are subject to the actual service configuration and providers' practices. Do not claim that disabling a form deletes service logs or backups.
